JP Nagar has little land left for new gated projects, which is part of the appeal of Purva Coronation Square. Puravankara built it on a 1.75-acre plot overlooking Sarakki Lake, with only 3 and 4 BHK apartments.
The project is complete. Possession was due in August 2019, and IndiProp lists it as Ready to Move. At listing, the 3 BHK homes were priced at ₹2.13 crore and ₹2.47 crore and the 4 BHK at ₹2.7 crore. These are older figures and resale units in JP Nagar change hands at different rates, so treat them as a starting point and confirm with the developer or seller. Carpet areas were not given. The Karnataka RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/170916/000235.
For a small site, the facilities are fairly complete: a swimming pool with a jet-powered jacuzzi, a multipurpose court that doubles for tennis, a gym, a billiards table, landscaped gardens and a jogging track. The indoor list adds squash, a library, a party hall and a spa.
The main roads of south Bengaluru are close. Kanakapura Road, Bannerghatta Road and the Outer Ring Road are each two or three kilometres away, which puts offices of firms such as Accenture, Oracle and IBM within a reasonable drive. JP Nagar also has well-established schools, hospitals and markets, which matters to families trading up from an older flat in the same part of town.
