Provident Sunworth City is aimed at buyers who want a new flat on the metro network for under ₹70 lakh. Provident Housing, part of the Puravankara group, is building this gated high-rise project in Kengeri, just off Mysore Road near the NICE Road junction.
The unit mix is two types. A 2 BHK with 883 sq ft of carpet area is listed at ₹58.99 lakh, and a 3 BHK of 1,082 sq ft at ₹68.99 lakh, which is about ₹6,700 and ₹6,400 per sq ft of carpet area. That is low for Bengaluru. The catch is time: possession is scheduled for September 2028, two years away, so a buyer paying EMIs and rent together should plan for that.
Location is the main strength. Challaghatta metro station, at the western end of the Purple Line, is about five minutes away, and Mysore Road now joins the Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway. NICE Road offers a signal-free run to Hosur Road and Tumkur Road. Rajarajeswari Medical College is about a kilometre away, and Bidadi's industrial area, the Global Village tech park, Electronic City and Bannerghatta Road can all be reached by road.
Facilities on the fact sheet include a gym, library, indoor games, power backup, CCTV and fire fighting systems, rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. The registration on record, PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/190529/002585, dates from 2019. Sunworth City has been built in phases, so check that this number covers the phase and possession date you are buying into.
