Ready to Move

A-Class Homes is the value series inside Piramal Vaikunth, the 32-acre township at Balkum in Thane West, and Series 2 is made up entirely of one- and two-bedroom apartments. The series has 656 homes, sized between about 317 and 517 sq ft of carpet area, with prices listed between ₹40.9 lakh and ₹75.5 lakh.
These are small homes at a modest price, and the planning reflects that. The layouts were drawn to cut wasted corridor space, with design input from HOK, the US architecture firm, and about 40% of the township is left open. A 317 sq ft one-bedroom suits a single working professional or a rental investor better than a family, while the larger two-bedroom plans can take a couple with a child.
Possession was due in December 2025, and IndiProp shows the series as Ready to Move. It shares its MahaRERA registration, P51700024580, with the main Vaikunth listing. Confirm which tower and registration apply to any unit you look at, along with current pricing, since these rates are from an earlier period.
Residents get a multipurpose court and ground, a convenience store, a banquet space, a yoga corner and a walking loop, besides the swimming pool, gym, courts and clubhouse facilities of the wider township. The township also sets aside 2.75 acres for an ISKCON temple complex, and for some buyers that will count for more than any gym. The site is close to the Eastern Express Highway (the old Agra Road) and the Kapurbawdi and Balkum junctions. Schools, hospitals and shopping are within a short drive, and the Metro Line 4 corridor runs nearby. Traffic at Kapurbawdi is heavy at peak times.
