One Hiranandani Park covers an unusually wide range under one name. A 1 BHK of 471 sq ft carpet area was listed at about ₹1.03 crore, a 2 BHK of 559 sq ft at ₹1.28 crore, and 3 BHK homes of 1,309 sq ft and 1,433 sq ft at ₹3.12 crore and ₹3.78 crore. At the top end, 4 BHK apartments of 1,698 sq ft and 2,289 sq ft were priced at ₹5.28 crore and ₹8.21 crore. The gap between the 2 BHK and 3 BHK sizes is striking, and it suggests the larger homes sit in a separate, more premium set of towers.
The project is on Ghodbunder Road in Thane West. Possession was due in December 2019, and it is Ready to Move under MahaRERA registration P51700000091. Prices come from an older listing, so current rates should be checked.
Hiranandani planned the complex with landscaped gardens and a botanical garden, and a public garden by the Thane Municipal Corporation was proposed nearby. Some homes come with a large deck and sliding doors to the balcony. Facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, tennis, badminton, squash and basketball courts, a jogging and cycle track, yoga areas, a spa, sauna and jacuzzi, a library, indoor games and a party hall.
For access, Ghodbunder Road connects to the Eastern Express Highway at Majiwada and, in the other direction, to the Western Express Highway via Mira Road. That makes both sides of Mumbai reachable, though not quickly, as the road is heavily used through the day. Families who spend most of their week in Thane will feel the benefit more than daily commuters to south or central Mumbai.

In Thane, One Hiranandani Park is an eight-tower development on 21 acres, The Walk is the high street and residential block inside Hiranandani Estate, and Lake Enclave is also on the Thane side off Ghodbunder Road. In Panvel, Hiranandani Fortune City is the group's mixed-use township, where Golden Willows and The Arena are later phases. Fortune City suits buyers looking at Panvel and the new airport area of Navi Mumbai, while the Thane projects are better placed for people working in Thane or along Ghodbunder Road.
