Nyati Group

Nyati Group has been developing property in Pune since 1997 and is led by its chairman and managing director, Dr Nitin Nyati. The company says it has completed more than 40 projects. Real estate is the core business, but the group also runs construction contracting, a hospitality arm that includes The Corinthians Resort & Club, and wellness ventures. Its head office is at Nyati Unitree on Nagar Road in Yerwada.

South and east Pune account for most of its housing. Undri is where it has built at the largest scale: Nyati County is a township there, and Exuberance, Victoria and Esteban are in the same area, with Elenor at Lulla Nagar nearby. On the east side the IndiProp listings include Elysia in Kharadi, Elan in Wagholi and Evolve near Magarpatta. Newer launches have reached Baner, Bavdhan, Dhanori, Kalyani Nagar, Sadashiv Peth and Sahakar Nagar. The range runs from about ₹39 lakh for small flats at Elan in Wagholi to starting prices of about ₹63 lakh to ₹87 lakh for 2 and 3 BHK homes in Undri, Kharadi and Magarpatta, which puts most of its listed stock in the mid segment.
