Tellapur has grown from a village on the western fringe into one of Hyderabad's main mid-market housing areas, largely because of the Outer Ring Road. My Home Tridasa is one of the bigger communities there, with nine high-rise towers and homes of two, two and a half, and three bedrooms.
Possession was due in December 2024. IndiProp shows the project as ready to move, meaning it is complete or in handover, and buyers should confirm the status of the specific tower they are considering. It is registered with Telangana RERA as P01100002276.
Unit sizes are 1,253 sq ft for the 2 BHK, 1,505 sq ft for the 2.5 BHK and 1,840 sq ft for the 3 BHK. The two-bedroom and two-and-a-half-bedroom homes were priced from ₹65.9 lakh to about ₹79 lakh, and the 3 BHK at about ₹97 lakh. Those are earlier figures, and resale or remaining stock will likely be priced differently today. The 2.5 BHK, with its extra small room, is a sensible choice for couples who need a study but not a full third bedroom.
The facility list includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, spa, tennis, squash and badminton courts, a jogging track, a library and a party hall. Families with school-age children will note several international schools in the area, among them the Meru, Manthan and Glendale international schools and The Gaudium School. The ORR links Tellapur to the Financial District, Gachibowli and HITEC City. Tellapur has added a great many towers in a short time, so test the peak-hour commute before you buy.
