Tellapur sits just outside the Outer Ring Road west of Gachibowli, and Prestige Golden Grove is one of the largest launches the area has seen. The project covers 28.6 acres next to the ORR near Exit 2, with about 5,120 homes in towers of up to 52 storeys. Its western edge borders the ICRISAT campus, which gives the site a green boundary on that side.

Prestige markets 3 and 4 BHK homes from ₹1.60 crore, and the floor plans on its site also show 2 BHK types, as well as 4 BHK layouts with a staff room and 3 BHK layouts with a study. Unit areas are not published. The project is registered with Telangana RERA as P01100010708 and carries HMDA permit 1928/HMDA/SWBP/2026.

The developer describes the towers as open on four sides and says over half of the apartments sit on tower corners, with cars kept to the basements and podium. The clubhouse is large at 2,00,000 sq ft, with an Olympic-size pool, an indoor pool with jacuzzi, a bowling alley, squash and badminton courts, a spa, a co-working space, guest rooms and banquet halls. Outside there are a cycling track, a skating rink, a pet park, mini golf, pickleball, paddle and volleyball courts and a sensory park.

The Financial District, Gachibowli and HITEC City are reached via the ORR. Scale is the thing to weigh here: more than 5,000 households will share roads, lifts and the clubhouse, and a launch this size usually takes several years to finish. Prestige has not listed a possession date, so confirm it from the RERA record before booking.
