My Home Constructions

My Home Constructions was founded in Hyderabad in 1981 by Dr. Rameswar Rao and is the housing arm of the My Home Group. It has built only in and around Hyderabad, and the company reports more than 37 million sq ft delivered across residential and commercial projects. Its older projects are spread across the city's established areas: My Home Rainbow in Tolichowki, My Home Tycoon in Begumpet and My Home Navadweepa in Madhapur. It also built My Home Hub in Madhapur, the office complex where its own corporate office sits.

Since around 2015 the company has moved west with the city's IT jobs, building large gated high-rise communities in Gachibowli, Kokapet and Tellapur. My Home Bhooja, launched in 2020, is at Raidurg near HITEC City, one of the costlier addresses in west Hyderabad. My Home Apas is in Kokapet, close to the Financial District and the Outer Ring Road, and the company has other Kokapet phases as well. My Home Tridasa, launched in 2022, is in Tellapur, further west, where prices per sq ft are lower and the homes suit families who want more space and can manage a longer drive to the office districts.
