Resale flats and any remaining developer stock will be priced differently, so confirm current numbers with the developer or seller before fixing a budget.
Close to 78% of the land is open space. Facilities include landscaped gardens, a clubhouse, a gym, a swimming pool, spa and sauna, tennis, squash and badminton courts, a jogging track and a library, and rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant are part of the services.

That puts the project within easy reach of the Financial District and Gachibowli, and the Outer Ring Road gives a direct run to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. Buyers who would rather see the finished building, walk the corridors and talk to residents than wait for a tower to rise will find that a completed project removes most of the construction risk. The trade-off is size: the smaller 3 BHK, under 2,000 sq ft, is modest next to the 2,700 sq ft and larger homes now being launched in the same neighbourhood.
