New Launch

Neopolis is the planned layout of more than 500 acres that HMDA has been auctioning plot by plot in Kokapet, right next to the Financial District. One of the larger residential projects inside it, Prestige Clairemont occupies 7.56 acres and holds 928 apartments in three- and four-bedroom formats.
The unit table is broad. The 3 BHK homes measure 2,870 sq ft and 2,944 sq ft, priced at ₹3 crore and ₹3.20 crore. The 4 BHK range starts with a 2,838 sq ft plan at ₹3.06 crore and moves through 2,944 sq ft (₹3.17 crore) and 3,500 sq ft (₹3.85 crore) to a 4,056 sq ft home at ₹4.46 crore. The overlap is interesting. The smallest 4 BHK is actually a little smaller than the larger 3 BHK, so a family that wants the extra bedroom does not necessarily pay more for it.
Amenities include a pool with a deck, an outdoor gym, a mini theatre, an indoor games room, a clubhouse, tennis, squash and badminton courts, a jogging track and yoga areas. The service side lists power backup, high-speed lifts, CCTV, fire-fighting systems, rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant.
The RERA registration is P02400005677. IndiProp's record shows possession in November 2027, while some project material mentions November 2026, so ask Prestige for the date written into the sale agreement. Either way, early residents will live in a neighbourhood still being built around them, with commercial and residential towers rising on nearby Neopolis plots for some years. Prestige, based in Bengaluru, has a long list of completed projects in that city that buyers can visit to judge build quality.
