Raidurg, on the western edge of HITEC City, is one of the few parts of Hyderabad where you can live within walking distance of a large office cluster. The completed high-rise community of My Home Bhooja stands there, with towers of 36 floors. Possession was due in December 2020, and the project is finished and lived in.
Homes have three or four bedrooms, in sizes starting at 2,595 sq ft. The 3 BHK units were listed at ₹2.26 crore, ₹2.33 crore and ₹2.98 crore, and the 4 BHK at ₹3.54 crore. These were earlier asking prices. A completed tower in this location now changes hands on resale terms, so treat them as a reference point and confirm current prices with the seller or the developer.
The project holds an IGBC green homes pre-certification at Platinum level. No RERA registration number is on record, which is common for projects launched before the Real Estate Act took effect in Telangana. Buyers should still ask for the occupancy certificate and the approved building plans.
The real advantage is location. Raidurg metro station, the western terminus of the Blue Line, is close by, as are Inorbit Mall, the IKEA store and the Mindspace IT park, and the Outer Ring Road is reached through Gachibowli. Traffic around Raidurg and the Mindspace junction is heavy at office hours, so a short distance on the map does not always mean a short drive. For a family that wants a large, ready apartment in the middle of the IT district, few completed options sit this close to work.
