MSN Realty has organised the design around the five classical elements, from earth and water through to sky, and the towers include sky gardens. The site is in Neopolis, the planned layout at Kokapet, and the project promises open views over Osman Sagar, the old reservoir at Gandipet. Views like that are a real draw, but they depend on floor and facing, so check which units actually get them.
The amenity schedule covers a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna, jacuzzi, squash and tennis courts, a jogging track, yoga areas, a library and a cards room. Building services include high-speed lifts, power backup, CCTV, fire-fighting systems and a sewage treatment plant.
Possession is set for February 2030, well over three years away, and the Telangana RERA number is P02400009393. That is a long commitment at this ticket size, so the payment schedule and the construction-linked milestones deserve careful reading. Neopolis offers quick access to the Outer Ring Road and, through it, to the airport at Shamshabad, and the Financial District's offices are a few minutes away by road.

Reddy, who is also chairman and managing director of the realty business. It is new to housing and does not yet have a long delivery record of its own, but it draws on the group's balance sheet. The company says it plans to develop more than 20 million sq ft of residential and commercial space in Hyderabad over five years, in areas such as Neopolis, Manchirevula, Tellapur, Patancheru and Isnapur. Its office is in Kondapur.
MSN One, the project IndiProp lists, is in Neopolis, the planned layout at Kokapet auctioned by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority for high-rise development. It is a large four bedroom project at the top end of the west Hyderabad market, close to the Outer Ring Road, the Financial District and Gachibowli. The company has named outside consultants and contractors on its site, which matters for a first-time developer. Buyers should still follow construction progress closely, since the company has no completed housing project to point to yet.
