MSN Realty

MSN Realty was set up in 2021 as the property arm of the MSN Group, the Hyderabad pharmaceutical company founded by Dr. M. S. N. Reddy, who is also chairman and managing director of the realty business. It is new to housing and does not yet have a long delivery record of its own, but it draws on the group's balance sheet. The company says it plans to develop more than 20 million sq ft of residential and commercial space in Hyderabad over five years, in areas such as Neopolis, Manchirevula, Tellapur, Patancheru and Isnapur. Its office is in Kondapur.

MSN One, the project IndiProp lists, is in Neopolis, the planned layout at Kokapet auctioned by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority for high-rise development. It is a large four bedroom project at the top end of the west Hyderabad market, close to the Outer Ring Road, the Financial District and Gachibowli. The company has named outside consultants and contractors on its site, which matters for a first-time developer. Buyers should still follow construction progress closely, since the company has no completed housing project to point to yet.
