Narsingi lies just inside the Outer Ring Road, between Kokapet and Gandipet in west Hyderabad, and it has become one of the busier addresses for high-rise housing. Ira Moonglade is a 14-acre project there, near Exit 18A of the ORR.
The buildings rise to 40 residential floors above four podium levels, a stilt level and two basements. The project offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The 3 BHK starts at 1,400 sq ft and is listed at ₹1.32 crore, while the 4 BHK on record measures 3,535 sq ft at ₹3.35 crore. The gap between those two sizes is wide, so there are probably intermediate plans not shown here, and the full floor plan set is worth requesting.
The detailed facility list has not been shared. Before comparing Moonglade with neighbouring projects, ask the developer for the clubhouse area, the amenity schedule and the proportion of open space, since those vary a great deal between towers in this part of the city.
Completion is scheduled for November 2029 under Telangana RERA registration P02400009267, a wait of a little over three years. That timeline matters most for anyone planning to live here rather than invest. Road links are good: the Financial District is close, Gachibowli and HITEC City are reachable without passing through the older parts of the city, and the ORR runs to the airport at Shamshabad. Narsingi has added a large number of towers in a short time, so drive the route to work at peak hour on a weekday before committing.

News reports describe it as a joint development of IRA Realty and E-Infra, spread over about 14 acres with seven curved towers of three and four bedroom homes and a large multi-storey clubhouse. Other IRA projects include IRA By the Banks, IRA Nilay and IRA Ripples. With several towers of this size under construction, completion dates are worth checking tower by tower on the Telangana RERA portal.
