IRA Realty

IRA Realty is a Hyderabad developer founded by its managing director, Narsi Reddy, who had earlier worked on projects with Elegant Infratech and BRIC MOR. The company is based in the Financial District on the western side of the city and builds apartments, villas and farmland plots. It is a young firm compared with the older Hyderabad names, and it has marketed some projects to buyers in the United States and Canada through a separate sales desk. Its public material gives no delivery figures, so buyers should judge it by the projects it has handed over, such as IRA Aspiration.

Moonglade, the project IndiProp lists, is at Narsingi near Kokapet, just off the Outer Ring Road and a short drive from the Financial District and Gachibowli. News reports describe it as a joint development of IRA Realty and E-Infra, spread over about 14 acres with seven curved towers of three and four bedroom homes and a large multi-storey clubhouse. Other IRA projects include IRA By the Banks, IRA Nilay and IRA Ripples. With several towers of this size under construction, completion dates are worth checking tower by tower on the Telangana RERA portal.
