New LaunchLarge apartments on a small site are the idea behind Assetz Soho and Sky, a high-rise project off Hebbal in North Bengaluru. The plan uses about 4 acres, and the developer says around 75 per cent of it will stay open, with as few existing trees removed as possible.
Only two layouts are planned. The 3 BHK is listed from ₹3.18 crore and the 4 BHK from ₹4.23 crore, with homes ranging from 2,015 to 2,799 sq ft. Ask whether those sizes are carpet or saleable area before you work out a rate per square foot, because at these prices the difference is significant. The project is registered as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/250322/004785, and possession is due in September 2027, about a year from now.
The name borrows from New York's SoHo district, and the developer describes the design as leaning towards an urban, cultural feel. The facilities it lists include a gym and a separate fitness studio, an indoor badminton court, indoor games, a multi-purpose hall, a spa and space for a creche. The broader amenity list also covers a swimming pool, a jogging track, tennis and squash courts, a library and a party hall.
Hebbal is one of the better-connected parts of North Bengaluru. Bellary Road runs north to the airport, about 25 km away by the developer's estimate, the Outer Ring Road reaches Manyata Tech Park within a short drive, and the city centre lies to the south. The price puts Soho and Sky among the more expensive projects in the area, so compare it with completed homes nearby, and check the developer's delivery record on its other North Bengaluru projects.
