Vista Towers is a later phase inside Prestige Misty Waters, the developer's gated campus at Hebbal, a short way from the Outer Ring Road. The towers are high-rise, arranged around a central landscaped area shared with the rest of the Misty Waters community.
Two layouts are listed. A 2 BHK was priced at ₹1.1 crore and a 3 BHK at ₹1.32 crore. Carpet areas were not published with the listing, so ask for the sale deed area or the RERA area statement when you compare. The RERA registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/181010/002053.
Possession was due in November 2021. IndiProp shows Vista Towers as ready to move, with the homes complete and handed over or in the final stage of handover. Buyers today are most likely looking at resale or remaining developer stock, and prices will have changed since the original listing, so confirm them with the developer or the seller. The clubhouse has a gym, sauna, spa and jacuzzi, a library, indoor games and a party hall. Outdoors there is a swimming pool, a jogging and cycling track, and courts for tennis, squash, badminton and basketball. Rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant serve the complex.
Hebbal's appeal is its position. Bellary Road runs north from the flyover to Yelahanka and Kempegowda International Airport, the Outer Ring Road leads east to Manyata Tech Park and on to KR Puram, and the city centre is reached south via Mekhri Circle. The flip side is that the Hebbal flyover junction is a known bottleneck at peak times. Residents working in Manyata or along the airport road will feel the benefit most, since they can often avoid the worst of it.
