Kadirenahalli, on the Outer Ring Road stretch of Banashankari 2nd Stage, is where Adarsh Developers built Adarsh Premia. It is a high-rise project of 3 and 4 BHK apartments in a neighbourhood known more for independent houses and older apartment blocks than for towers.
The development has four blocks rising to 24 floors, built in two phases. The first phase runs from ground level up to the 15th floor, and the second takes the towers on to the 24th. Apartments range from about 2,050 sq ft to 3,720 sq ft. The 3 BHK homes were listed between ₹2.5 crore and ₹2.88 crore, and the 4 BHK homes between ₹3.51 crore and ₹4.5 crore.
Possession was due in March 2022, so the project is shown here as Ready to Move and should be complete or in handover. The prices above come from an earlier listing, so check current availability and rates with the developer. Resale units may also be on offer by now. The amenity list includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna and jacuzzi, along with courts for tennis, squash, badminton and basketball, a jogging track, yoga areas, a library and party hall.
The location has a lot going for it. Jayanagar's shopping area is close, schools and hospitals are well established, and the Banashankari metro station on the Green Line is nearby. Kanakapura Road and the NICE Road link the area to the south and west of the city. Large ready homes in this part of Bengaluru are rare, which partly explains the pricing.
