Assetz Property Group

Assetz Property Group was founded in Bengaluru in 2006 and started in commercial real estate. Its first large job was Vrindavan Tech Village, a 106-acre IT special economic zone on the Outer Ring Road, which it later exited to Blackstone and Embassy in 2014; the campus is now Embassy Tech Village. It followed with Global Technology Park, a 15-acre office development on the same road, and Thimphu Tech Park in Bhutan in 2010. The company describes itself as professionally managed with institutional investors, and it reports more than 40 residential and commercial projects covering over 40 million sq ft developed and under way.

Its housing is mostly in Bengaluru's east and north, and the projects usually come in pairs of names for linked phases. Assetz Marq 3.0 and Assetz Bloom and Dell are in the Whitefield area, and Assetz 63 Degree East is on the Sarjapur side. Assetz Atmos and Aura and Assetz Soho and Sky are among its other recent launches, and in the south Assetz Canvas and Cove is at Uttarahalli. The company has also moved into logistics parks, and its newest housing launches are in north Bengaluru around Yelahanka.
