Kogilu sits just south of Yelahanka, on the stretch of north Bengaluru that has grown quickly since the airport moved to Devanahalli. Adarsh Greens, from Adarsh Developers, is on the Kogilu main road near Prakruthi Nagar, and it keeps to a simple mix of 1 and 2 BHK apartments.
Possession was due in October 2024, so IndiProp lists the project as Ready to Move; the building is complete or in handover. When it was listed, a 1 BHK was priced from ₹67 lakh and a 2 BHK at about ₹1.2 crore. Those figures are older, and carpet areas were not published with them, so check current pricing and the declared carpet area of each unit with the developer. The Karnataka RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/201001/003607.
About 70 per cent of the site is set aside as open space. The amenity list covers a swimming pool, gym, tennis, squash and badminton courts, a basketball court, jogging track, clubhouse with library and indoor games, sauna, and a children's play area. On the services side there is rainwater harvesting, a sewage treatment plant, power backup and CCTV.
For daily travel, Bellary Road (NH 44) is the main link, running north to Kempegowda International Airport and south towards Hebbal and Manyata Tech Park. The aerospace park and business parks near Devanahalli are also on this side of the city. The project suits a small household that works in north Bengaluru and wants a finished home rather than one still under construction.

Adarsh Palm Acres, near Vidya Nagar Cross in the north, has large four and five bedroom homes, and in the south Adarsh Premia is in Banashankari Stage 2.
