Experion Group

Experion Developers is a real estate company based in Gurugram. It was set up in 2006 and is funded through foreign direct investment. It is a subsidiary of Experion Holding Pte. Ltd, the Singapore-based real estate investment arm of the AT Capital group. The company says it has completed about ten projects in Gurugram, Lucknow, Noida and Amritsar. Its Gurugram work includes The Trillion, Windchants, The Westerlies and The Heartsong, as well as the Milestone Experion Centre office building. Its other projects include Experion Capital in Lucknow and Experion Virsa in Amritsar. In Noida, it lists Experion Elements in Sector 45 and Experion Saatori, a newer high-rise project on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway in Sector 151.
