Only 226 homes on 5 acres makes Clove County one of the lower-density launches on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The County Group project is in Sector 151, and the developer puts the Sector 148 metro station about five minutes away and the Noida International Airport about 25 minutes by road.
The three towers hold 4 and 5 BHK residences, aimed at buyers moving up from mid-size flats. The County Group website does not give carpet areas or prices, so the registered floor plans and a cost sheet are the next step for anyone interested.
The amenity list goes well beyond a standard clubhouse. It includes an open-air Jacuzzi and hydro wellness area, a pool, tennis, padel, pickleball, badminton and basketball courts, cricket nets, a bowling alley, a zen garden and an amphitheatre. There is also a grand ballroom, a business centre, guest suites, in-residence dining and a pet play zone. The developer says the project is designed to IGBC Platinum standards.
County Group, which built Cleo County in Sectors 121 and 115 and County 107, is developing Clove County through Shirja Real Estate Solutions. The project is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ696539/11/2025 and was launched in November 2025, with October 2030 as the completion date. That leaves about four years of construction ahead.
