About Sector 99A, Gurgaon
Sector 99A is part of the Dwarka Expressway belt of sectors between 99 and 115 where residential societies have multiplied since the expressway's Haryana section opened in March 2024. HRERA filings place its projects in the revenue estate of Gopalpur village, and one gives its address as Garhi Harsaru Road.
IndiProp's September 2026 count shows 9 valid HRERA registrations. Projects include ATS Grandstand (two phases), Pareena's Coban Residences, Spiti Greenwood Estate and Spiti Homes, Tatva Estates and Green Bhoomi, with Yashika Green Square as a commercial project. Most are group housing apartments.
The sector's main road links are the Dwarka Expressway, which leads north towards Delhi and the airport side and south to NH-48 at Kherki Daula, and the Garhi Harsaru road. Gurugram Metro Line 2, under construction since late 2025, is planned to end at Sector 101 in the same expressway belt, with opening expected around 2028. Like much of this belt, Sector 99A has had problems with damaged master roads and monsoon waterlogging; GMDA announced a Rs 90 crore road repair plan for these sectors in May 2026. The sector suits buyers who prioritise expressway access and a newer apartment and who can wait for the metro and road repairs.
