About ATS Grandstand
Grandstand is a residential project in Sector 99A, Gurugram, on land in Gopalpur village near the Dwarka Expressway, presented on the ATS HomeKraft website. The developer offers 3.5 and 4.5 bedroom apartments and has built the landscape around a 'lit forest' idea that pairs planted areas by day with illuminated walkways and seating nooks after dark. Listed facilities include a swimming pool, tennis and padel courts, a golf simulator, an amphitheatre, a butterfly garden, elevated pathways, a pet park, a children's play area and a clubhouse for sports and leisure. The project connects to Delhi and the rest of the NCR through the Dwarka Expressway. This HRERA record covers Phase 1, registered in 2019 by ATS Realworth Pvt Ltd, while the developer's page shows a newer registration, HARERA No. 54 of 2026, which appears to cover a later phase. Unit sizes, tower count, prices and handover dates were not published when reviewed.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-379-2019, with registration valid until March 2031.

Connectivity from Sector 99A
- Dwarka Expressway (NH-248BB)Eight-lane expressway; the 19 km Haryana section opened on 11 March 2024 and the Delhi section on 17 August 2025. It runs north to Delhi and south to NH-48 at Kherki Daula.
