ATS HomeKraft

ATS HomeKraft is a residential brand of the ATS Group, whose chairman is Getamber Anand. It shares its corporate office with the group at ATS Tower in Sector 135, Noida. The brand develops housing in Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurugram. Its website lists projects such as Pious Orchards and Pious Hideaways in Noida, Floral Pathways on NH-24 in Ghaziabad, and Happy Trails, Nobility, Bonheur Avenue and Province D Olympia. In Gurugram its two main projects are near the Dwarka Expressway: Sanctuary 105 in Sector 105, a phased high-rise community with two apartments per floor, and Grandstand in Sector 99A. The group reports more than 50 million sq ft of completed housing and about 40 million sq ft in progress. ATS HomeKraft is presented separately from the ATS Greens projects, such as ATS Marigold, on the ATS websites.
