About Sector 95, Gurgaon
Sector 95 is one of the newer numbered sectors of New Gurgaon and sits in the Sectors 93–95 belt, a part of the city that the Gurgaon–Pataudi Road (NH-352W) cuts through. HRERA records place its projects in the revenue estates of Dhorka and Wazirpur villages.
In IndiProp's September 2026 count of valid HRERA Gurugram registrations, Sector 95 has more active entries than any other sector, so much of its housing is either under construction or recently completed. The mix is wide. There are apartment projects such as Signature Global Aspire and Superbia, Landmark Avana, ROF Insignia Park II and Saan Verdante; low-rise builder floors from JMS; and small commercial schemes such as Gateway Plaza 95 and JMS Capital Square. Some names appear more than once because developers register each phase separately.
Travel here is by road. The Pataudi Road leads east to NH-48 in Gurugram and west towards Pataudi, and it has an interchange with the Dwarka Expressway at Harsaru. No metro line serves the sector today, and the proposed station list published on Wikipedia does not name it. Sector 95 suits buyers who want a newer apartment or builder floor, can accept a neighbourhood that is still filling in, and are comfortable relying on a car.
