Superbia is an affordable group housing project by Signature Global in Sector 95, New Gurugram, built under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy. The official page puts the site at about 7.33 acres and lists compact 2 BHK apartments. The project carries an IGBC Gold green-building rating, and its HRERA registration, first issued in 2020, has been extended to the end of 2026. Sector 95 lies off Pataudi Road, with road links to NH-48, the Dwarka Expressway and the KMP Expressway. Facilities listed by the developer include a skating rink, kids' play area, yoga and meditation garden, outdoor gym, basketball court and community party lawn, along with an entrance gate complex and drop-off points for the towers and club. The surrounding sectors along Pataudi Road have several other affordable and DDJAY projects under way. Unit sizes, tower count and handover dates are not listed on the official page and should be checked with the developer.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-767-2020, with registration valid until December 2026.
