About Sector 22A, Greater Noida
Sector 22A is a sector on the Yamuna Expressway, and despite its Greater Noida postal address it is planned by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) rather than the Greater Noida authority. It lies near the Greater Noida end of the expressway, in the part of the corridor associated with Jaypee Greens Sports City and the Buddh International Circuit, the track that hosted Formula One's Indian Grand Prix from 2011 to 2013.
New housing in the sector is led by ACE Group. ACE Verde faces the 130-metre-wide expressway and sits on about 8 acres; the developer describes it as part of a larger 100-acre township and targets possession in 2029. ACE The Nest is a studio-apartment tower that ACE places near the F1 track and opposite Galgotias University, which is in Sector 17A. Ajnara Panorama, a completed project, is also reported to be in Sector 22A.
The biggest draw for the area is Noida International Airport at Jewar, reached along the same expressway, which began commercial flights in June 2026. On the other hand, the sector has no metro service, and much of the surrounding land is still being developed, so shops, hospitals and schools are limited nearby.
