About Ace Hive
Ace Hive is a commercial project in Sector 22A on the Yamuna Expressway, on plot C1 within TS-01, the same sector where ACE Group is building its Ace Verde apartments. The land parcel is about 20,243 sq m, roughly 5 acres, in the stretch of the expressway that sits between the Buddh International Circuit and the Noida International Airport at Jewar.
The main product is fully furnished business suites that will be run by Sarovar Hotels, which is to handle housekeeping, concierge and guest management. The building is planned with a double-height arrival lobby, a rooftop pool and deck, a fitness area and coffee kiosks. ACE has not published suite sizes, the number of units or prices on its official pages, and these should be checked against the RERA filing before booking.
ACE Group has built housing across Noida and Greater Noida West, including ACE Parkway and ACE Golfshire in Sector 150. On the Yamuna Expressway it has completed the Ace Acreville plotted development and is building Ace Verde and Ace Terra.
The project was launched in March 2025 under UP RERA number UPRERAPRJ939595/03/2025, promoted by Three C Homes Private Limited, with a declared completion date of September 2028. Returns from hotel-managed suites depend on occupancy and the revenue-sharing terms, so read the management agreement as carefully as the sale agreement.
