In Punawale, Siddhashila Eela is laid out around a central green shaped like a large flower, with the towers set around it in the form of butterfly wings, a plan the developer links to Japanese design ideas. The practical result is that homes face open space, take light from more than one side and have cross ventilation.
The unit list is wide. 1 BHK homes range from 352 to 597 sq ft carpet area, priced from ₹27.67 lakh to ₹40.45 lakh; 2 BHK homes are 704 to 922 sq ft at ₹51.21 lakh to ₹64.77 lakh; and a single 3 BHK plan of 1,083 sq ft is listed at ₹75.4 lakh. That spread suits first-time buyers as well as families moving up.
Amenities sit on a podium of about 40,000 sq ft, with a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, indoor games, a jogging track and children's play areas. Punawale is next to Tathawade and Wakad, near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway, and the Hinjewadi IT parks are a short drive away, which is the main reason the area has grown so quickly.
Siddhashila Group has several projects in west Pune, including W57 in Wakad. Eela is registered with MahaRERA as P52100004281 and is ready to move, with possession from June 2021. As the building is now a few years old, check society formation, maintenance charges and whether the developer still holds unsold units before negotiating. Punawale's roads are still catching up with the pace of construction.

Mid-priced options sit in between, such as Eira in Punawale and Iris in Bavdhan.
