The 2 BHK is listed at ₹1.9 crore, the 3 BHK at ₹2.51 crore and the 4 BHK at ₹3.85 crore. Carpet areas were not published with these prices, which makes it hard to judge the rate per square foot. Ask for the RERA carpet area of each unit type before comparing it with other SB Road and Model Colony projects.

For daily life the location does most of the work: Shivajinagar, Model Colony, Aundh and the university are close, and Baner Road leads west towards the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway.
