Listed prices start at ₹1.05 crore for a 2 BHK, while the 3 BHK units are listed at ₹1.31 crore and ₹1.39 crore. Carpet areas are not part of the listing, so ask for the agreement area before comparing a unit with other Aundh stock. Because the project is complete, most sales now will be resales, and prices will depend on the individual seller and floor.
Aundh's appeal lies in what is already around it: Savitribai Phule Pune University, ITI Road with its shops and restaurants, Baner and Pashan next door, and a reasonable drive to Hinjewadi's IT parks via the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway.
