Ram Mandir station, opened on the Western line between Goregaon and Jogeshwari, changed the commuting picture for this part of Goregaon West, and Kalpataru Radiance is among the projects that benefit from it. Kalpataru built four high-rise towers here, set in landscaped grounds.
Unit choice is wide. Two-bedroom homes come in four sizes, from 815 sq ft to 881 sq ft of carpet area, listed at ₹3.17 crore to ₹3.42 crore. Three-bedroom flats of 978 sq ft and 1,189 sq ft were listed at ₹3.8 crore and ₹4.35 crore, and a 2,164 sq ft 4 BHK at ₹8.41 crore. Most of these work out to about ₹38,900 per sq ft of carpet area. The exception is the 1,189 sq ft 3 BHK at roughly ₹36,600, which makes it the better value on paper.
Residents get a clubhouse, a spa, a gym, a swimming pool and sports courts. The project holds IGBC pre-certification at Gold level for green homes. Road links are good: S.V. Road is close, the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road leads across to the eastern suburbs, and the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road is reached through the Western Express Highway. Metro Line 2A along New Link Road adds another rail option. S.V. Road itself is slow for much of the day, so the station will usually be the faster way out.
