Ready to Move

Worli Sea Face is one of the few stretches of Mumbai where a flat can look straight out over open water, with the Sea Link visible to the north. Sugee Group's Marina Bay is a small residential tower on that road, registered with MahaRERA as P51900011592.
The number of homes is limited, and every one is large. The 3 BHK measures about 1,847 sq ft and was listed from ₹16 crore, while the 4 BHK is about 2,894 sq ft at around ₹22 crore. There is also a duplex penthouse at the top. The apartments have full-height glass, sliding windows and private decks, and the layouts are planned to Vastu principles, which matters to many buyers at this price.
The building has podium parking, high-speed lifts, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse with a library and indoor games, a spa, a sauna, yoga areas and play space for children. It is not a gated campus with acres of garden; the draw is the address and the view rather than a long amenity list.
Possession was due in June 2025. The tower is shown as ready to move, with the building complete and flats in handover, so ask the developer for the occupancy certificate and the current price sheet, as the figures above date from launch. Worli connects easily in both directions: the Sea Link heads north to Bandra, the Coastal Road runs south to Marine Drive, and Dadar, Lower Parel and Prabhadevi are a short drive inland.
Sugee GroupEstablished 1986 · RERA registeredAll projects →Sugee Group was set up in 1986 and is based in Worli. It started out in redevelopment of residential and commercial buildings, and most of its work is still in older, settled neighbourhoods of central and South Mumbai, where it rebuilds housing societies and sells the additional homes. The company says it has completed 32 projects and has more under way. It is privately held and has recently taken on larger work, including Sugee Lake District, a commercial project in Thane.
Sugee Marina Bay is its project in Worli, one of the pricier residential markets in the city, with the Coastal Road and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link close by. Like most of its projects, it is aimed at buyers who want to stay in the central city rather than move to the suburbs. On redevelopment sites, existing residents get flats in the rebuilt towers, so buyers should check how many units are actually for sale and what the society agreement says about timelines.
