Ready to MoveAbout Hero Earth The Ark
The Ark was Hero Realty's first plotted colony under the Hero Earth name. It is a small, low-density layout in Sector 85, off the Dwarka Expressway link road near NH-48, built under Haryana's Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana affordable plotted housing policy.
The HRERA Gurugram registration (RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/726/458/2023/70, project RERA-GRG-1363-2023) covers 5.01 acres and 77 residential plots. Plot sizes in the filing run from about 117 sq m to 150 sq m, which is roughly 1,262 to 1,614 sq ft, or 140 to 179 sq yd. The largest groups are 17 plots of about 148 sq m and two sets of 16 plots of about 117 sq m.
Completion was declared for June 2025, and the official site now lists the project as delivered. Treat it as a ready colony where owners can build, and check the status of individual plots, internal services and electricity connections with the developer before paying. Resale plots may be the main route in, since the colony is small.
The developer's list covers a gated entry, a central plaza, a three-acre landscaped garden, a clubhouse, a children's play area, CCTV security, paved internal roads with grass-concrete footpaths and LED street lights. It also mentions more than 2,500 trees and an electricity load of 5 kW per plot under DHBVN norms. A separate block of ten shops in the same licensed colony is registered as Hero Earth Commercial Shops.
On the project page, the Dwarka Expressway is about 1.5 km away, the Delhi to Jaipur highway about 2 km, St. Xavier's School about 1.5 km, Aarvy Hospital about 2.5 km and IGI Airport about 25 km. Hero Homes has not published plot prices, so ask for a quote per square yard and compare it with other DDJAY colonies in Sectors 84 to 89.
