About Palm Olympia The Goldspire
The Goldspire is the newest part of Palm Olympia, the Sam India Abhimanyu Housing township in Greater Noida West that sits in the Gaur City 2 area of Sector 16C. Earlier phases of Palm Olympia are already occupied, and the new towers are being built in two RERA phases on the same campus.
Three towers, named A, B1 and B2, make up The Goldspire. The homes are larger than the township's earlier 2 and 3 BHK stock: a 3 BHK with a study and four toilets, and a 4 BHK with a lounge and five toilets. Sam India has not put carpet areas or prices on its website, so ask for the registered plans and cost sheet.
Residents of the new towers get Club Harmonie, a separate club with a gym, dining and event space, alongside the township's existing Club Meridian with its pools, sports facilities, yoga areas, spa and banquet halls.
Phase 2 is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ308567 and Phase 3 as UPRERAPRJ409115/09/2024. Both registrations give April 2028 as the completion date. Buyers here get an established neighbourhood with shops and schools already running, but the roads around Gaur City 2 are congested at peak hours.
