About Skytech Colours Avenue
Sector 10 in Greater Noida West is where Skytech Group is building Colours Avenue, a compact housing project on 2.99 acres. By the developer's estimate, GD Goenka and DPS schools are about two minutes away and Noida City Centre about 15 minutes by road.
Five towers hold 2 and 3 BHK flats, and the sizes are small. The 2 BHK comes in 870 sq ft and 1,020 sq ft of super area, with carpet areas of 502 sq ft and 572 sq ft. The 3 BHK options are 1,160, 1,240 and 1,350 sq ft of super area, which work out to carpet areas of 673, 717 and 785 sq ft. Amenities are basic: a children's play area, jogging track, cafeteria, gym, yoga space and park. Finishes include laminated wooden flooring in the master bedroom, vitrified tiles elsewhere and branded bathroom fittings.
The project started in 2015 and fell well behind schedule. Skytech, a Noida developer led by Rakesh Chawla and Mayank Chawla whose other projects include Skytech Matrott and Merion Residency, says Colours Avenue has since been approved for SWAMIH, the government-backed fund that finances the completion of stalled mid-income housing.
This UP RERA registration, UPRERAPRJ6664, covers towers A, B, D and E along with the shops, and the completion date on the register is August 2028. Prices are on request. Carpet areas are only about 58 per cent of the quoted super area, so compare on carpet area, and check progress on site and on up-rera.in before paying.
