Skytech

Skytech Group is a Noida developer led by Rakesh Chawla and Mayank Chawla, with its corporate office in Sector 63. It builds mid-market housing and retail in Noida, Greater Noida West and Ghaziabad. Projects listed on its website include Skytech Matrott, Merion Residency I and II, Skytech Magadh, a project in Vaishali and Skytech Mall.

Its main live project is Colours Avenue in Sector 10, Greater Noida West, five towers of compact 2 and 3 BHK flats on 2.99 acres. The project began in 2015 and ran well behind schedule. Skytech says it has since been approved for funding from SWAMIH, the government-backed fund for completing stalled mid-income housing, and the UP RERA registration for towers A, B, D and E now gives August 2028 for completion. Buyers should check progress on site and on the UP RERA portal.
