The Urban Resort by Whiteland Corporation in Sector 103, Gurugram, on the Dwarka Expressway, is being developed as Westin Residences Gurugram under an agreement with Marriott International signed in July 2024. Coverage describes it as the first residential project in India to carry the Westin brand, with Marriott involved in management. Whiteland announced an investment of about Rs 5,600 crore for the development, and reports in 2025 put the number of branded homes at about 1,700. In July 2025, Whiteland awarded first-phase construction contracts worth about Rs 2,000 crore to Kalpataru Projects International and Ahluwalia Contracts, out of a total construction value of about Rs 4,000 crore. The project has been registered with HRERA Gurugram in several phases between 2024 and 2025, all grouped here. Sector 103 lies along the Dwarka Expressway close to the Delhi border and IGI Airport.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1656-2024, RERA-GRG-1925-2025, RERA-GRG-1655-2024, RERA-GRG-1658-2024, RERA-GRG-1936-2025, with registration valid until December 2032.

Connectivity from Sector 103
- Dwarka Expressway (NH-248BB)Eight-lane expressway; the 19 km Haryana section opened on 11 March 2024 and the Delhi section on 17 August 2025. It runs north to Delhi and south to NH-48 at Kherki Daula.
- Gurugram Metro Line 2 – Sector 101 terminusUnder construction. Phase 1 (Millennium City Centre–Sector 101, 13 stations) began civil work in November 2025; Wikipedia gives 2028 as the expected opening.
- Gurugram railway station (Railway Road)On the Delhi–Jaipur line. Access from the expressway side is via the congested Daultabad ROB; GMDA ordered a feasibility study for a direct road link in June 2026.
- Indira Gandhi International Airport, DelhiReached via the Dwarka Expressway, which the government said gives direct connectivity to the airport.
