Facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse with indoor games, a jogging track and a children's play area. Hinjewadi's IT parks are the nearest large employer, and the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway runs close by. Saarrthi Group is a Pune developer that also has projects in Kothrud and Mahalunge.
The project is ready to move in, with possession recorded as January 2021, and is registered with MahaRERA under P52100002571. Since the building is complete, check the occupancy certificate and the society's maintenance charges before committing.

Most of the range is mid-segment. The company does not publish a founding year on its website.
