About Shriram Greenfield
Shriram Greenfield is a township on Old Madras Road near Budigere Cross, in Konadasapura village. It has been one of the more affordable ways into the eastern edge of Bengaluru. The site covers about 19.5 acres, with a 4.5-acre recreation zone, and the developer says more than 76% of the land is open or green.
Apartments here are 2 and 3 BHK, with saleable sizes of 935, 1,065, 1,165, 1,225 and 1,350 sq ft. Prices were listed from ₹56.9 lakh for a 2 BHK. Possession was due in June 2022, so the project is shown here as Ready to Move. That price comes from the original listing, and current rates or resale prices may be quite different.
A few practical details stand out. Each home has its own water meter. The staircases are about five feet wide, and the common corridors are designed for natural light and ventilation. The project was pre-certified IGBC Gold for green building. The township has more than one clubhouse with sports facilities, and a town centre is planned for shops and entertainment. The plan also included shuttle buses running to KR Puram and Whitefield.
Whitefield is the main employment hub for residents, and the Hoskote industrial area is to the east. The airport is reachable to the north. The Satellite Town Ring Road and the proposed Peripheral Ring Road would both improve access, but neither is complete, so judge the commute on today's roads.
