Saarrthi Group

Saarrthi Group is a Pune developer with more than two decades of work in the city and an office in Model Colony. It reports over 20 completed projects. Alongside housing it builds offices, shops and studio units, and it has taken on redevelopment, which fits the older western neighbourhoods where much of its portfolio sits.

Kothrud is its home ground. The IndiProp listings carry Serenity, Shivalik and Srushti there, plus Signature Tower in the Model Colony and Shivajinagar area. Further out, Skybay in Mahalunge (sold as Baner NX) is a multi-tower project with Skybizz, a commercial block, next to it. Savvy Homes is in Hinjewadi, Stanza in Punawale and Swadesh in Talegaon, and Shimmer N Shine is on Sinhagad Road. The spread in price is wide. Swadesh at Talegaon starts at about ₹16 lakh for small 1 BHK flats, Skybay and Savvy start between ₹43 lakh and ₹45 lakh, and the Kothrud projects and Signature Tower start between about ₹90 lakh and ₹2.4 crore for 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. Most of the range is mid-segment. The company does not publish a founding year on its website.
