The developer describes the mix as 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments, so the top price most likely belongs to a 3 BHK. Carpet areas are not given. Many of the amenities work with the orchard. There is a tree house, a bio-retention pond, a reflexology path, an outdoor gym, space for picnics, hammocks and tent camping, and an organic vegetable garden. A sky garden sits on an upper level. The clubhouse includes a multi-purpose hall, a gym, a squash court, indoor games, a library, a mini theatre, guest rooms and space for a day-care centre.
The developer gives these distances: about 5 km to the Outer Ring Road, 23.8 km to the airport, 12.5 km to the railway station at Yelahanka and 11.6 km to KR Puram. Manyata Tech Park, Karle Town Centre and Kirloskar Business Park are the main employers nearby, and Manipal Hospital is among the hospitals in the area. The trees need looking after, so ask how the orchard is managed and what that adds to maintenance.
