About Purva Promenade
Purva Promenade carries Puravankara's beach-resort theme to another project off Hennur Road. The idea is the same as the developer's earlier Purva Palm Beach nearby: a tropical-holiday setting inside a gated complex in North Bengaluru.
The 2 and 3 BHK homes are spread across four towers of ten floors each, spaced to let in light and air. The listing shows 2 BHK homes at ₹84 lakh and ₹91 lakh, and 3 BHK homes at ₹1 crore and ₹1.07 crore. Carpet areas are not stated. Possession was due in September 2022, so IndiProp lists the project as ready to move, with homes complete or in handover. Treat the prices as dated and confirm current numbers with Puravankara. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/200205/003243.
Themed amenities make up much of the pitch. The developer lists a wave pool, a koi pond, a snorkelling zone, a yoga deck and a mini-golf course, as well as a gym with sauna and steam rooms. The standard facilities are here too: a swimming pool, a jogging track, courts for tennis, squash, badminton and basketball, a library and a party hall. Ask during a visit which of these facilities belong to Promenade alone and which are shared with other Purva projects.
Hennur Road gives access to the Outer Ring Road and from there to Manyata Tech Park, and the developer also points to the KIADB parks, the IT investment region near the airport and the Devanahalli business park. The airport itself is reachable via the Hennur to Bagalur road or Bellary Road. A ten-floor building is also modest for this area, which means fewer lifts to share and less crowding at peak times.
