About Renox Thrive
Renox Thrive is being built on a site in Sector 10, Greater Noida West that sat stuck for about twelve years. Renox Group bought the original promoter, Nivas Promoters, settled the project's liabilities and returned money to the old allottees before relaunching it, according to trade press reports of the deal. The plot is about 3.3 acres, open on three sides, with 24-metre roads on two sides, a park on the third and access to the 130-metre road.
The plan has four towers of ground plus 25 floors over a double basement, with only 3 and 4 BHK apartments and no more than four homes on a floor. Ceilings are 12 feet high, which is noticeably taller than the norm in Greater Noida West. Amenities listed at launch include a gym, sports facilities, an open-air theatre, a yoga area, jogging tracks, separate pools for adults and children, a banquet hall and a small commercial plaza.
Renox Group has delivered Lotus Shristi, Lotus Park and Lotus Villa in Greater Noida and the Avantika Retail Street in Ghaziabad, and says it will invest ₹300 crore in this project.
The project is registered with UP RERA under UPRERAPRJ742692/09/2024, still in the name of Nivas Promoters Private Limited, with completion due in April 2029. Prices are not published, so ask for the carpet area of each plan, not just the super area.
