Renox Group

Renox Group is an NCR developer that says it has been in real estate for about a decade. Its completed projects include Lotus Shristi, Lotus Park and Lotus Villa in Greater Noida and Avantika Retail Street in Ghaziabad, and it has been building Navrang Square Mall on GT Karnal Road.

In Greater Noida West, Renox took over Nivas Promoters, whose Sector 10 group housing project had been stuck for about twelve years. According to trade press reports, it settled the project's liabilities, refunded the old allottees and relaunched the site as Renox Thrive, with a planned investment of ₹300 crore in four towers of 3 and 4 BHK homes.
