About Ramprastha Imperial Heights
Village Chhajarsi, next to Noida Sector 63 and across NH-9 from Indirapuram, is where Ramprastha Urban Development is building Imperial Heights. The site sits on the old NH-24 corridor, now NH-9, which links Noida and Ghaziabad to Delhi and to the Delhi-Meerut Expressway.
Phase 1 covers 7 acres with seven towers of 3 and 4 BHK apartments, and the developer says every home is open on three sides. The 3 BHK units have carpet areas of 863 to 1,063 sq ft, and the 4 BHK is 1,408 sq ft. Those 3 BHK carpet areas are on the compact side for a project marketed as ultra-luxury, so compare layouts carefully. Prices are not published.
The towers stand on a podium. The clubhouse is planned with a home theatre, heated swimming pool, spa and gym, banquet hall, café and lounges for senior citizens and visitors. Outdoors there are golf putting greens, a tennis court, several badminton courts, a basketball court, a jogging track and a yoga area.
Ramprastha Urban Development delivered Platinum Heights in Vaishali before this project. Phase 1 is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ504323 and the registration runs to January 2027. A second phase with a commercial component has its own registration, UPRERAPRJ378721/05/2025. Construction started in 2019, so check the latest progress reports on the RERA portal before booking.

That project is Imperial Heights, a 7-acre development of seven towers of 3 and 4 BHK apartments in Village Chhajarsi, next to Noida Sector 63 and across NH-9 from Indirapuram. Phase 1 was registered with UP RERA in 2019, and a second phase with a commercial component was registered in 2025 with several landowner co-promoters. The company publishes compliance reports on its website. It should not be confused with Ramprastha Promoters and Developers, a separate company linked to projects in Gurugram.
