The developer lists it as ready to move in, on a plot open on three sides, with the FNG Expressway and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway both close by and a metro station about 500 m away.
The unit mix is wide. There is a 649 sq ft 1 BHK, 2 BHK homes of 924, 1,034 and 1,265 sq ft, 3 BHK homes of 1,380 and 1,628 sq ft, and a 2,112 sq ft 4 BHK. Sikka does not state whether these are super or carpet areas, and it has not published prices, so confirm both with the sales team.
Facilities include a gym, a swimming pool with a children's splash pool, tennis, badminton and basketball courts, a yoga and meditation centre, a Jacuzzi and spa, billiards and snooker, a kids' play area and a jogging track.
Sikka Group also built Kaamna Greens in Sector 143A and Kaamya Greens in Greater Noida West. Karnam Greens is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ5764. The project dates from 2012 and its registration now runs to October 2026, so it has taken far longer than planned. Check which towers have received occupancy certificates before choosing a unit.
