About One FNG
One FNG takes its name from the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad road that runs past its site in Sector 142, close to where it meets the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Group 108 is building it as an office and retail campus on about 15 acres, a short walk from the Sector 142 station on the Aqua Line.
Tower A rises 37 floors above ground and Tower B 15, with a low-rise retail block of ground plus one. The developer highlights floor plates of about 53,000 sq ft, among the largest in Noida by its account, an efficiency of 62.5% and 21 high-speed lifts. Space is sold in office and retail units, but Group 108 has not published unit sizes or prices on the project site.
For people working there, the plan includes a sports and wellness centre with a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a meditation centre and indoor games, a business centre, multilevel parking, landscaped grounds and cycling and jogging tracks.
Group 108 is also behind Walkway 108 in Greater Noida West. One FNG was launched in October 2023 through SS Technopark and is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ279516, with August 2028 as the completion date. An efficiency of 62.5% means a buyer pays for a fair amount of common area, so compare carpet rates rather than headline super area rates.
