Ramprastha Urban Development is a Delhi-registered company in the Ramprastha group of businesses, with its marketing office in Vaishali Extension, Ghaziabad. Its company records show it was incorporated in 2008. The developer's own work in the NCR has centred on the Ghaziabad and Noida border, where it delivered Platinum Heights in Vaishali before moving on to its current project.

That project is Imperial Heights, a 7-acre development of seven towers of 3 and 4 BHK apartments in Village Chhajarsi, next to Noida Sector 63 and across NH-9 from Indirapuram. Phase 1 was registered with UP RERA in 2019, and a second phase with a commercial component was registered in 2025 with several landowner co-promoters. The company publishes compliance reports on its website. It should not be confused with Ramprastha Promoters and Developers, a separate company linked to projects in Gurugram.
